Hey all,

I have an RCU810 that I use for everyday use when I am not using my nice touchscreen remote... Now, all of the sudden, the play/pause/stop, etc section at the bottom of the remote has stopped responding when I push the buttons. All other buttons are fine.

Some people on this forum have talked about opening it, cleaning it, and even adding foil under the buttons to increase conductivity. I have tried all of that with no luck.....

Has anyone had a similar problem with this remote, and if so, what was the best way to fix it. I can't see why these random buttons would just stop...
