Need some advice.

I have a 8x4 Video Matrix Switch that I will fee three TVs in seperate rooms. Each room has a IR sensor feeding into a Xantech receiver in the downstairs electornic rack where the switch is. The switch can learn any remote code. Thus, I want to have a seperate simple remote I can label (physical label) each of the 8 keys as a source input. So, basically if someone on TV#1 hits 1 thru 8 on their remote it maps the associated device to them. TV#2 can also select 1 thru 8 on their remote but the codes must be different since while the input source is the same the output, TV, is different.

So, what I need is a small little remote with 8 buttons....however, I need to order three of these and since the codes for each three need to be different I'm hoping I can find one configurable. I could get three of a 24 button remote but trying to keep cheap as possible.

Any thoughts or ideas is appreciated.

UPDATE: Found this but 24 button or programmable 8 button x 3 versions.
