Hey, basically I have an AOC Display and I cannot find a code that'll work for my DirectTV remote. Basically, I want the remote to control two seperate TV's. The main TV it controls fine (a Samsung) under the TV setting on the remote--I'm trying to program the AOC to AV2. AV1 will be my DVD Player. Anyway, none of the supplied codes fo AOC or Envision work--and I've yet to find one that does. My question is, I have the original remote for the AOC TV, can I use that remote to "teach" my DirectTV remote PWR and VOL? Those are the only functions I need. Also, I'm not sure which DirectTV Remote Model I have. It's the white one, with the slider at the top for selecting the device. Hope someone can help me. Thanks again.

Sorry but no. None of the current dtv remotes are learning. In fact there was only one directv remote to ever have a learning feature, that was oem remote for the Sony T60 dtivo receiver. Of course only receivers it worked with were sony.
