i am having a problem with my remote used for a motorola cable box. i need to stand directly in front of the box in order to change settings, channels, etc. i changed batteries, got a new remote etc. Do you think the problem is with the remote or the cable box? there is nothing in the way of the infrared, i just need to stand directly in front of it, very frustrated. thanks for any help
