Anyone know why I can't locate Jensen Remotes on the web? I get a website, but can't seem to e-mail them or find a phone number. I bought a remote (422) but don't have the list of codes that should be in there. Any info?

ONE LAST NOTE: AVOID ALL JENSEN PRODUCTS!! THEIR CUSTOMER PRODUCTS SUCK AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. I EMAILE THEM OVER TEN TIME FOR THE CODE AND THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE IT TO ME. I WAS FORCED TO RETURN TO THE RETAIL STORE AND OPEN A NEW PACKAGE TO OBTAIN THE CODE. I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER WHO TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM JENSEN.
