Hi again folks,

I have yet another problem, one that seriously bugs me.

My Madrigal was configured to handle my ex-TV, which seeemed to work great in the beginning. But, after trying to work my way around in the Teletext pages, I discovered that subsequent pushes on the same button (same command) did not "reach" my TV at all. Eg, trying to watch Teletext page 601 works great, but 600 is impossible to type in (it wont go any further than 60- ).

I didnt bother that much though, as I was going to change my TV set.

Now, I have my new TV up and going, and have exactly the same problems. The only similarity I have found between the two boxes is that neither of them had any preprogrammed items in the Madrigal controller at all (First one was a Tanra, my new one is a Metz TV).

Anyone been into this before? Any solutions?

Regards,

Egil

this happens on my philips onDigital Box.
workaround: find a remote key that you can press inbetween buttons that does nothing. (eg wide)

now when learning remote codes, add a 'wide'
eg
learn 1 = 1 then wide
learn 2 = 2 then wide

nasty, but it works..
hopefully that'll be sorted in a future release?

Thanks. I will try to find a key that does nothing. But this means you make a forest of macros, right? Or do you record the button as two separate keystrokes?

record the button as two separate keystrokes. (press them quickly!)
