I've got a client I've programmed his TC1000 for.
48k IRM file can not be downloaded to the two additional ones he bought. I tried everything (I mean everything!) on three different computers. Same thing, after "overwrite data on TC1000 with with data on computer" the transfer stops at arround 2/3 and leaves only partial and corrupt info on the TC1000.

Only the first TC1000 bought first can be sync'd.
Harman Kardon has no answer (yet) Microsoft...oh well.... (Why did I idiot recommend such product in first place)

Any one a clue? I'll be happy to send you my TC1000 IRM file so you can see for yourself.

ROBERT-please send me the file so I can help you. We have done over 24 remotes, all about the same file size.
