Just purchased a Sony LCD Hd television and home theater system. Hooked it up to new Dish Network HD receiver, JVC model 811 which uses UHF signal to control the receiver. I'm looking for a remote that will work with the Sony TV, Sony Home Theater, and the Dish Satellite receiver. Can anyone help?

Almost any learning universal remote will work fine with your system. Touch panels look cool but they generally have poor ergonomic designs requiring two hands to use them. I prefer hard key remotes like the URC MX-850 or MX-650. I have installed a lot of high end touch screens and often find on return trips to the client that the touch screen is on the coffee table to turn the system on and off but the factory Cable / Satellite remote is on the couch with the cabinet doors open because a one handed hard key remote is just easier to use when channel surfing.

Thanks, I was told that most learning remotes wouldn't work with the Dish Box because they don't use the infared. I'll check out the remotes you listed.
