I just got one of these but I think the instructions are a bit vague. can someone tell me step by step how to use the bloody thing? I have managed to get it to work thru the tv channels but the led keeps blinking therefore the contrast keeps displaying on screen. Once I have it working how do I store the settings and stop the led blinking? Do I set it with the tv on or off? Please help, I have a Tatung TV and I am in UK
