DO the Logitech "harmony" 688, 659, 768, 676, 680
Support *RF* control of X10 (I have a "standard" RF to Power line trasnponder)?

The Logitech site lists support of X10, but there is no mention in any of the Logitech specs that the remotes do RF , only that they have infrared....

Any owners who can confirm RF x10 opperation?

thanks!

Peter

No! All universal remotes other than x10, control x10 by IR only, you need the IR543 IR to x10 convertor.

EDIT - This raises some X10 specific questions so I'll post a new thread in the X10 forum.

BUT ALSO - Does the harmoney have the full set of X10 IR codes - can anyone confirm?

the IR543 only works on one house code, and it can control all sub codes (i.e. the letter is fixed but you can pick any number.
i.e. the remote sends 1 on and if the IR543 is set to b it sends b1 on
The IR543AH is a modified IR543 and it allows for any house code from the remote
i.e. the remote sends b1 on
