This used to be so easy but I have been trying for a long time I cant do it I totaly forget! If someone could help me I would really be thankfull, Thanks for Looking

try:
1. press device
2. press and hold SETUP/SET for two blinks
3. enter 9-9-1
4. alternate between POWER and the DEVICE key, until the devixce turns off or on.
5. press SETUP/SET to lock.
