While programming the rxv2500 remote I lost all funcionality on the volume controls. Does anyone know how to reset them to the factory standard. I couldn't find anything when I did a search & yamaha dont even mention the model in the remote section.

There is an RX-V2500 Yamaha receiver. Do you have this receiver, or do you actually have a RX-V2500 remote? Do you need a manual for the receiver?

If you need the manual for the receiver, go here [Link: yamaha.com]

You can reset the RXV 2500 remote (RAV352 ?) to factory default.

Rather than detail it here, grab the manual and look at page 74 or if you have it as a pdf file page 78 or near by.

It is listed under Remote Control Features / Clearing function sets.

I would expect that youy would loose all learned stuff and would have to start from scratch again.
