Does anyone have any suggestions on how (or which Universal Remote) to get a Bose Lifestyle 12 system that works off of its own RF remote control to work with a Universal Remote control?

You can't use a universal remote to control RF devices.

if you go the Bose Direct you can get a code that you can program in to your remote
