I bought a GE Dvd Player 3 years ago, i found the remote for it a little while ago and do not have the manual, I moved and now want to program the remote for my TV but dont know how to do that,
There are several numbers on the remote:
RGC 311DA1
equ: 21269960
dc: 044373
STK # : 260608
This was on the back of the player : DGE 105 NA

I assume you have done the obvious and called the supplier or manufacturer or at least been to their web site

Is DGE 105 NA the model number? If not, what is the model number of the DVD. It probably won't help to know that, though because the GE site is really bad, but at least we would have something to look for, since the instructions for remotes are usually included in the manual for the component.

Don't GE and Proscan DVD players come with "RCA" remotes so the answer might be hidden at the http://www.rca.com site somewhere. Earle, do you have the ability to take a photo of the remote and post it somewhere? I bet if we could see what it looks like we could direct you to some instructions for a similar remote that will work for your remote.
