This is a control for the cheaper COBY DVD-player Model 218; very low cost but very good performance. The control has not been damaged (nor has the player) and is only a little over 1 year old. It worked in the past and has seldom been used.
I remember having this same problem and getting it to work this past summer but don't remember what the "FIX" was! I am not a real high-tech individual but have some limited knowledge about all products I use. CAN ANYONE HELP??
