urc-200 is jp1 compliant?

Open the battery cover of the urc-200. in the middle is what looks like a motherboard header for a usb plug-is this where a jp1 cable goes? what's the best jp1 software?

The URC-200 is not jp1-able, only remotes made by UEI. The URC-200 is made by URC.

Its what URC uses to flash the memory, useless to the end user.
