My entire audio/video system is made up of Philips components. I've had good luck with them in the past so I just decided to go with what I knew was good. I have a Philips DVD player, TV, VCR, surround sound receiver, and TIVO Directv receiver. I'm looking to get down to one (hopefully) remote control that can control all of the functions for all of the components. When I was originally purchasing the components, I thought that if I had the same brand of everything, it would be easy to control. Yeah, I found out the hard way that wasn't so. Anyway, I'd like some input on a good, solid, do-everything remote that will be compatible with my Philips components. I'd like to stay around $300 or less, but if there's something GREAT out there that's over $300, then I'd consider it. Any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Josh

Well, after doing some extensive reading last night, I'm thinking about going with the MX-700. I also found some killer deals on them on Ebay. Most places want $350 for them but I found 2 sellers on Ebay selling them for around $150 plus shipping. One guy is even offering a personal, 2 year free replacement warranty on it. I read through his feedback and it's quite extensive and quite good. Anyway, again, please feel free to post comments or suggestions.
