I have a 14 year old Magnavox TV, model #RJ4484..I have purchased two Philips/Magnavox Universal remotes and can not seem to find a code that will work with the TV. I have tried all the codes listed. Any help finding a code that will work would be greatly appreciated. The TV still works great so would rather not get rid of it.

Try the panasonic codes or sylvania.

Do your Magnavox remotes have a search function? If so, give it a try. I'd be surprised if they didn't have a some sort of code for this TV.
If you can't get either of those remotes to work it, I bet you'd have better luck with a "One For All" brand remote.
