Hi guys,

I need the 3-digit codes for the following 3 Denon's : PMA-1315R, AVR-1603 and TU-425RD. In the manual for the Medion MD40609 it says "779" and/or "781" but neither of the codes work with any of the above mentioned Denon's.

Haven't be able to get support from either Medion in Germany or Denon in Denmark and USA so far, so I hope one you on this board are able to assist ...
Best regards,
Bigfool :)

Hello, I've just posted a subject about this MEDION40609.
I can't answer to your query, but perhaps you can for my ;)
I wanted to check, before to buy it, that it will work with a Loewe TV (including menu access), ONKYO ampli and CD player.
And finally, your global satisfaction level with this remote (easy to use, back light, programming, and so on), and where did you buy it ? From France, I've found it only on MisterGoodDeal.com, for 49€.

Thank you

@Shaddock

I bought it domestic (Denmark) in "ALDI" (german owned supermarket) for apprx. 39€.
My general satisfaction ?? Well, I find it a little difficult to operate/program and maybe I should'nt have bought it .. ?

You have not bought it yet, if I understand you right, so I will concult the manual a little later to check if it controls your TV-set, amplifier and CD player - I'll revert.
Best regards,
Bigfool :)

@Shaddock

Hi again (now I'm home).

I've now checked the manual and it says that it controls Loewe TV's and Onkyo amplifiers and CD's (there are 2-3 codes for each brand name).

Good luck!
Best regards,
Bigfool :)

Hi !
I've got it. And i'm very happy in fact. The remote is nice, easy to use.
I would like to tell you 2 things :
1°) What they call "video" buttons (play, stop, rewind, ...) CAN learn. In the user manual, it said to be impossible, but I did it. Simply using exactly the same way than for others keys.
2°) I could not learm on LCD keys using the Shift function. It means that for example, I could customize the "7" LCD key, but not the "Shift+7" LCD key. Do you know how to do it ?

Thank you.
