If you phone them up and ask for the "new user rebate" (or something like that... just mention this site) it's $349. It's to do with their distributor not wanting them to advertise the $349 price...

I just recevied my remote from the guys about cartronix, They do seem to have the best price and even ship it over sea's! I spend hours at work trying to find a good deal, along with someone who had it in stock. If you order from there web-site www.cartronix.com they will e-mail you back with the real cost $349.95:Remote & Docking Station.
My shipping was not bad either. I talked to them today for about 15 min. Sounds like they are going to have a great site, with some very good deals. Eric, The salesperson I spoke with is trying to find a way for us to post & receive files from his site also. Sorry for all the bable.

If you are willing to buy from someone other than a dealer, then you should go to eBay. I just saw one go for $265 in mint condition with the box and instructions (a demo) And I saw another one go for $280 brand new. They were both from the same seller who had excellent feedback rating. He was willing to split the shipping costs, and here you don't pay any tax. This is not rare at all though, there are a lot of great deals on these remotes here. Currently there is a dealer selling one for $300 on or off eBay plus $10 shipping. So, if you are looking for a great price on the Pronto, just check out eBay every so often.
