does anyone know the code for a sony RM-V302 to get it to work with Dish Network 301 reciever ? I tried the search, didn't seem to work ??

If the sony RM-V302 is a poor choice can someone recommend a better, but simple universal remote ??

I have a sony TV 32" WEGA / RCA DVD Player and a panasonic VCR, not complex

You need to change the CBL/SAT button to SAT (it comes from the factory set to cable):
Press and hold set/press power
Press the cbl/sat button
Press and release the Stop button
Press 3
Press and release the enter button

Let me know if this works, for future reference. If it doesn't work, I have no further info.

This process worked perfectly and the code is 010 for Dish Pro 301.

Thanks!
