in the manual for my 14all 8910 i have a code "0008" listed for a jvc vcr but the remote gives "not found" when i enter it. this code works fine on my old 8080.is there a way to get the 8910 to take the code (0008) or a code that replaces it for the 8910?

Code 0008 isn't in the 8910,and there isn't new code that replaced it, but you can have code 0008 loaded into your remote over the phone. Just call the # in the manual. Do you have two Jvc's? because code 0008 is the B-code, the A-code is 0067, which is in the 8910.
