Their website says 515 works with Tivo, but didn't mention anything with the 626 model. Anyone has experience?

All teh uCommand remotes are learning remotes, so as long as you have the original remotes for your stuff, and they are IR remotes (not RF remotes), the 626 will control them, you will just need to learn the functions from the Tivo remote first.
