i have all 4 one remote controller
it's NSE (I THINK) urc22b-7.
i have a toshiba t.v and i have no idea how to program the remote controll...
can u plz help me?

If you search this forum you will find several posts about this remote, unfortunately, none with definitive answers, though some posters have the remote and are willing to email the instructions. His suggestion was to personally email those people who said they had the manual, and would email a "copy" to anyone who asked (by email). Most of those posts were a bit old, and I doubt they hang around this message board checking everyday for people, like you, to ask for a copy. Email them direct if you want them to help.
