I have recently purchased a new laptop.
Problem is that it does not have a serial connection - only USB.
My UCommand 626(SRC2010)requires that connection to upload and download.
Has any one seen this USB device (Daniel Tonks mentions it in his review of this remote - he saw it the USB version at CEDIA).
If so where can I buy one.
Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Brett

I'm intersted in the same thing. I need a USB connection for my UCommand 626.

Actually, this is very easy to program without going through my PC, it would be even better if I could hook it up and program it on my PC.

As a side note, I also own an MX500. I consider the UCommand 626 the better of the two remotes.

Here's a photo of the USB cable: [Link: remotecentral.com]

I'm not actually sure if this product (the UR800) ever saw general release, however the parent OEM of Crisp Solutions, Millennium, Sima, etc., did indeed develop a USB adaptor for the 626.
