I could use some help in setting up a family memebers new rigged home theater systems. The main components are a 42" Plasma, Sony SLV-D100 VDC/DVD, and Luxman R-114 receiver. My main issue is that everything is stored in a rack/cabinet behind the living room so I have a wall and cabinet door in my way creating a line of sight issue. That being said I am looking for some IR extender to control both the Sony and the Luxman. Does anyone have any suggestions? Also what type of cheap learning remote would you suggest?
