Where do I start? I purchased a secondhand Avix Smartwand from a friend of mine. Trawled the net looking for instructions to no avail. Then came across all the other versions including the Crisp Solutions UCommand 515. 'Looks exactly like mine' I thought. Download the manual that they very kindly posted, took it home and found that most of the instructions were completely different. For instance, when I press the delete button for three seconds I don't get the 'Setup Mode' screen thats in the manual.

Anyone have any info?...please?

Have avix smartwand from new
Let you know when I find instructions as in same position as only sat in draw for 5yrs decided to start using it again
