I've been forced by Charter cable to move to digital if I want to keep premium channels. I timeshift heavily and this has limited by flexibility big time.
The digital cable box (a Motorola) cannot be programmed to change channels at a specific time.
I'm looking for a universal/learning remote control, hopefully less expensive than the Pronto, to meet my simple needs: Change the digital cable box to Channel XX at X p.m., YY at Y p.m., etc.
I don't need to do complicated macros otherwise.
Any ideas?
