I have the new SRC-2010 with the PC Link cable and I can not get the link to work. If I connect to COM1 it starts "downloading" and then gives me a FAIL window. If I switch to COM2 it tells me there is a port already open and closes the program!! This software looks great, please somebody help me use it!!

I think that the default Com port is 2. Tried mine on port 1 but it never took. When you get ready to download/upload from your PC, you must initiate it from there first and then hit the send/receive button on your remote. Takes a little getting used to.
