I got the rca rcu810 for xmas, and so far it has been programmed successfully all but for my pioneer vsx710 dts a/v receiver. I cannot get the rcu810 to learn any of the special keys on the pioneer remote. The lcd window simply reads "error". Tried new batteries, different distances, etc. Tech support was no help. Is there an incompatibility with some remotes? I tried using the generic device code for pioneer and that only provides minimal function, ie volume.
