I have a UCommand 515 and whilst i am very pleased with the unit itself, I am rather disapointed at the range. Although the manual says it has a range of 10m, I can only really use it at 2m and I have to hold it at strange angles. I have put in fresh alkaline batteries and achieved only a small (.5m) improvement.

I was wondering if I have a dud unit, or if anyone else has had this problem. I have a electronics background and invite any solution to my problem.

Thanks
Mat

SillyMat: the 515 has a very good range; it sounds like there is a flaw with yours. All of mine work fine from quite a distance. ... Mike
