Can anyone recommend a decent remote locator, preferrably RF? It seems that these are not available now -- there was one by Magnavox but not sure whether it is still sold.

Yes Philips made a remote locator for remote they also had a universal remote that had one already attached to it . The locator it self was a RL100 and the combined unit was the rem250. You might check out the gemini-usa website or also go to the electrotech.com both should have supplys of both units. Ben

Thanks. Not sure whether the RL100 is still being made. Can't seem to locate one for sale anywhere.

There's always a remote locator at Wal-Mart. Don't know the brand, but they had them a couple of weeks ago in Watertown and Syracuse. But RF... ... Mike

Thanks. Will take a look there. But if it is a "clapper" type, I'm afraid if the remote is under a coach cushion or something, it won't respond. That's why I was looking for RF.
