Hi.
I´ve have the follow problem: With my receiver Sherwood 956R the remote RNC-250 was included. They´re almost working fine together, but there is one irritaded thing. The buttons Video 2, Video 3 and Video 4 don´t work!
I have to use the Video 1 button to get access to Video 2-4 by ”stepping”. Why can´t I get direct access to the other video inputs??? I don´t want to use the step mode.
Now I have bought a Pronto and I´m going to learn all the remote functions from the RNC-250 to the Pronto. But, as I said, there are 3 buttons/functions who don´t works.
Is there somebody out there who can help me whith this??

I have the very same problem as you and I'm sorry to say I don't have the solution yet but I'm working on it. However I you manage to fix it I would be more than happy to know the solution.
I promise to let you know if I figure something out.
