Would anyone have any idea why my Crisp UC616 will not learn tha codes (IR data) from my Sony A/V 2100? It will learn and work from my other remotes, but my T.V. data is stored in the Sony. And, the Sony works fine when controlling my T.V. Any Ideas?

It's an RCA with PIP. I got the Crisp to work after buying a RS 1994 that I had set up for the tv. I also got it because it has the x-10 commands that I need. I'll post a new one on this but.....Any idea how to program a volume on the Crisp? Meaning, I have a 543 x-10 controller, that I wound up spending a lot of time realizing the Crisp wants a very short command sent to it to learn, and as a result, I can't get a continasly variable dim or bright.(and it works off the 1994) I had the same problem with the tv at first, (99 button presses to adjust)and wound up getting that out of yet another remote.(the very basic one from my stereo) Any Ideas?
Thx
