I had to send back my SL-9000 to Universal Remotes to get it reprogrammed to work my Kenwood VR-209 Dolby Digital receiver. It was the only component that the SL-9000 wouldn't learn from. Well, not only did I get it back the next day after it was finished (10 days turn around) but they did NOT charge a cent. Now it works everything I own and I can put the original remotes in storage!!!! This is a highly recommended remote and company!!

Yes, I must also comment I've had good experiences dealing with them.
