Hi, my name is Mauricio, and i live in Brazil.
I need the Help for upgrade my RC9800i.
I have used the RC9800i Firmware Upgrade Tool, and i received the error:
FIRMWARE COPY INTERRUPTED. TO TRY AGAIN, FIRST DISCONNECT THE USB CABLE FOR A FEW SECONDS AND RECONNECT IT.
Please i don´t can the control.
