I have recently bought a RC9800i to replace my broken RU950. Whilst I can get it to control all of my Panasonic gear without difficulty, I cannot get it to control my PVR, a Humax 9200T. None of the pre-loaded Humax codes work. I have also tried the NEC codes, as recommended on the Humax forums, without success. The 9800 also does not recognise the Humax remote in learning mode, even when I replaced the batteries to give full signal strength. The frequency of the Humax signal is reported to be 38.1kHz, which should be within the learnable range I think. The 9200 is a popular PVR - have others experienced this problem and found a way to overcome it? I noticed a couple of earlier posts on this but no solution.
