I bought a new TSU7500 a week ago.
I got it programmed using ProntoProEdit NG and it seemed to be working fine.
Then last night it started a terrible high pitched hum. I put it in the charger.
This morning it is dead................nothing on the screen. But............still that terrible hum.
What the heck is wrong with it? Where do I go to get it replaced..............the retailer (Newegg.com) or Philips?
What a pain for a brand new unit!

Try switching it off and on, then try reloading the firmware.

Peter, That seems to have worked.
I didn't actually have the latest firmware (3.8.17) in the unit, so I needed to update it, anyway.
Thanks for the help!! Mike
