A simpleton question...................sorry.

I have an existing Configuration File for my TSU7500 that I am trying to modify so it has a new Pioneer A/V receiver in it as a Device.

I have downloaded the Pioneer receiver ccf file from the Pioneer website.

So........I have a pcf file for the Pronto remote,
and
I have a ccf file for one component.........a Pioneer receiver.

How do I get the Pioneer ccf file into the remote pcf file, as a device?

I imported the Pioneer ccf file........but it just converted it to a separate pcf file. So, I now have two pcf's............that isn't doing me any good.

I need to get the Pioneer file info set up as a Device.

Help, please.

The best practice when creating your PCF is to have your codes in seperate hidden pages with links on your visible devices

This makes it really easy as you can copy and select the pages from the pioneer PCF into your IR device and edit your links as appropriate. This is especially handy if the pioneer amp is a replacement for an existing amp as you can simply change the links in your existing layout relating to amp functions.

Alternaitively you can use the import command.
