I have a problem with an SBCRU990 which keeps blocking. The problem is intermittent and the Pronto generally recovers after 15 seconds or so. When it does not recover unplugging/replugging the battery revives the pronto.
Has anyone out there experienced this problem?
PS. The pronto is working on RF.

I found a firmware upgrade on the pronto website which addresses these issues. I will try it out and let you know.

I have the latest firmware and it didn't help.
One point I would also note, is that it tends to lock up mainly with Foxtel. (Proportionately more than foxtel is used).
