Strange bug I have with several RU960 I made this year: after some days of remote customizing 4 hardbuttons (up/down/left/right) of only one device stops working.
I have a basic configuration and a common devices library, and this issue is issued with one device from this library (satellite receiver Samsung).
I have wondered enough why the ONLY cursor keys are not working, and I have checked that "Cursor Navigation" becomes On in settings. How it can be turned on - is a question, but I have never use "Navigate Screen" in Special Actions, and user can't jump to Settings menu. Also, Navigate Screen was not worked too - buttons right/left was not selecting devices. And it was issued with only one device.
If somebody have the same trouble - please, post here.
