I recently purchased the Philips DVDR3575H DVD recorder and was wondering if there are discrete power ON/OFF codes for the player. I search the forum and tried the codes provided with the Pronto NG software, but none would work. The "Play/Stop/Power" will not work with the player because once the play function activated the player is trying to load the disc and the stop function will not work until the disc loads. That might take 20 seconds. So if you have any discrete power ON/OFF codes for the Philips DVD or DVDR players, please reply them in the message so I can try them.

Thanks.
I made this!!!

I got the same dvd recorder and problem you have. I just thought since it is made by philips that they might have included a way to have discretes.

how about "PLAY" for on and "open/close>power" for off?
