My old TSU3000 is wearing out. I'd like to replace it with a little better unit, but it is important that it be able to use the same programming. Suggestions?

If you go with the color TSU7500 you would need to clean up your graphics but otherwise I believe your program should work just fine.

Do you know if the TSU7500 will work with the RFX6000 remote extender?

YES! The RFX6000 will work just fine. Used to use 2 of them side-by-side with a TSU7000. The 7500 is nothing more than a 7000 with more memory and hard buttons with a more tactile feel.
