Hi all, I'm a newbie to Pronto. Just bought a TSU3000 and am trying to configure my Dish HD receiver 811 on the remote. I also have a Dish DVR 510 in the same room.

The remote has learned all the buttons of the PVR 510 but is unable to learn any button of the remote for the HD receiver 811. Has anyone ever faced the same problem and/or has a suggestion. I've verified in the Menu for both the receivers that they've different remote addresses.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
Vijay

Does the 811s remote emit IR. I don't think it does. Use codes from the database for the correct address. I think I have addresses 1 and 4.

Also, if you go into the installation menus on the DISH 811, there is a setting, I cant remember where, that makes the DISH RECEIVER output IR to learn from. No, the dish remote does not really output IR, the box does.
