My TSU3000 completely lost IR output.

Prior to the event, nothing on it had been changed in a year. - No new firmare, etc.
(since the event, I've updated the firmware and re-sent the config)

The device seems to be funtioning normally in every sense - but it is as if there's duct tape on the IR output bar.

Has anyone else seen this happen, and does anyone have any ideas on what to do to fix it?

Thanks,
Talbot

Never seen this happen but....

Since you've done nothing for over a year, I assume that includes a reset of the remote or an upgrade of the firmware. Maybe it's time. First try a reset and see if that works. If it does, maybe you'll be good for another year.

No. I was simply pointing out to you what I've already said in my original post.

Have you tried a reset or maybe upgrading the firmware?

There WAS duct tape on the output bar. I removed that, and WOW!, it works now. Thanks Johninc!
