I am currently using the old RF-extender and am wondering if the new extender (sbcli910) with the adjustable atenna is worth the investment.
I am experiencing some reception problems with my extender. Will they be solved with this device.

Absolutely! This product is a dramatic improvement over the old unit. I have used it many times and have yet to see it fail to work. Highly recommended.....

Well, if you have a soldering iron, you can get a 418MHz antenna that can be used from Digi-key.com. Somewhere in the pronto forum, there's a link that I've read that gives instructions on how to do this.
