Hello,
I recently updated the firmware on my TSU 3000 from 3.1.5.5 to the latest. After i updated, i experienced freezing, hard buttons not working, and the backlight would go on when using the hard buttons but no graphics (with original firmware the screen stayed black to save battery when using the hard buttons). Has anyone else experienced this? I have down graded to 3.1.5.5 and now everything is fine again.

You have to go into the settings pages. On one of the pages there is a place to set up the screen activation.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I went into the activation menu page and configured the remote for sound only activation and the behavior doesn't change.
