I am new to the TSU7000 having just traded up from my old RC5000. The one thing I have been unable to get working correctly is the volume hard buttons. I have linked them and they work, but only in single increments. I want to be able to hold down the volume button and have it continually raise or lower. It just automatically worked that way on the rc5000, but I can't seem to find how to do it on the 7000. Any help would be much appreciated.

You might try a forum search: +volume +continuous

I had this problem recently with a device. In my case it took learning several times to get it to go.

When learning try holding the volume key down on the OEM remote until the pronto beeps saying it learned it. That's what did it for me.

That shouldn't happen if you have the correct codes. Try copying over the codes from your old device. If that doesn't work, see if you can find the codes listed here on Remote Central on one of the 3000/7000 pcfs. If that doesn't work, try relearning as suggested.

Re-learning the code did the trick. That was very strange. Thanks for all of the help.
