How much are these going for? Where can I buy one seeing that they aren't really sold online?

Much more expensive than the TSU3000 one........I don't think the differences justify the increase of price

The 3000 is end of life, inventory will most likely be gone nationwide in the next 30 to 60 days.

We're down to our last 9 pieces of the 3000 and all the Philips distributors are now out of stock. For those looking to save some money going with the 3000 versus the 3500 I would recommend locking in a 3000 now.

Would such people be called "suckers"? Why buy a 3000 when you can get a 7000 refurb for a few dollars more?

If you're cool with a refurb unit obviously color wins out. A lot of people don't want reurbs though.

May I precise you that TSU3500 is delivered with the docking station included whereas TSU3000 is delivered witout the docking station that you have to buy separatly ? Isn't this enought to you to explain the price difference ? Other little differences are (according to what I've been told on a french forum) : external buttons more confortable and more reactive, screen brightness improved, "screen touch reactivity" improved, and faster USB transmission.
So these little improvement may not be enought to justify the price, but how cost the separate docking station for the TSU3000 ?
:o)
