Hi
I have programmed my TSU 7500 to raise and lower three shades in my media room. When I used the Hunter Douglas remote, it was very directional and if you pointed at one shade, just that shade would operate. When I use the TSU 7500, no matter how much I try to point directly to the shade, all three begin to raise or lower. Is there any way to trim the width of the signal going out to the shades?

That is supposed to be one of the major strengths of the Pronto line - multiple IR emitters resulting in a wide beam, so you don't have to point so precisely.
